Over the years, a Washington DC-based humanitarian organization, International Relief and Development, has implemented in its enterprise system the Del l SonicWALL NSA and TZ series of firewalls.
The system supports the non-profits's mission to mitigate the sufferings of the world's most vulnerable groups and to conduct this in cooperation with partners and donors globally.
This was according to a press statement by Dell Inc. which described the implementation of "the clear tie between technology and the ability to improve people's lives."
The press statement of the Texas-based IT vendor said Solutions Granted Inc. did the implementation by way of a multiphase approach incorporating Dells's SonicWALL NSA and TZ series firewalls to address IRD's network security needs as this organization grew and evolved.
Solutions Granted Inc. is based in Woodbridge, Virginia and as a Dell partner is a managed security services provider.
