He described the spectrum of deployment options for Cloud Computing -- from private and public cloud solutions to hybrid cloud implementation -- and noted that each cloud "flavour" had its own set of key security concerns. These concerns include infrastructure, identity, applications, data, compliance and governance.
Nagarajan shared that IBM served as both a cloud service provider and advisor to its clients. It focused on two main areas of cloud security: "security from the cloud" and "security for the cloud".
