Tata Communications has launched RoamPulse platform, a real-time roaming intelligence service that allows mobile network operators to improve their customers' roaming experience and make their business more efficient.
Announcing this today, the communications company said that RoamPulse provides real-time monitoring, reporting and alarming of all roaming traffic, allowing operators to shift focus from troubleshooting to their core business needs. Similarly, for consumers, RoamPulse paves the way for a seamless roaming experience - anytime, anywhere - with better availability across voice, messaging and 2G/3G and 4G/LTE, the company said.
