This new establishment aims to reduce delivery timeframes for customers in Asia.

ShoreTel announced today the launch of its new logistics hub in Singapore to reduce delivery timeframes for its customers in Asia Pacific (APAC).

According to the phone systems and unified communications solutions provider, this hub represents a significant milestone for ShoreTel Asia Pacific. It will cater to the company's growing APAC business, and serve its APAC channel community of systems integrators, business partners and distributors.

ShoreTel added that this Singapore hub is also part of ShoreTel's continued investment in APAC, following the opening of ShoreTel India in Bangalore.

"The impact of the opening of our logistics hub in Singapore to our local and global customers and partners is that we can now deliver within days to anywhere within Asia," said Frédéric Gillant, Vice-President and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific at ShoreTel. "We want to best support our partners and customers in Asia Pacific - not only by providing integrated UC solutions that help them improve worker productivity and lower the cost of collaboration, but also ensuring fast delivery and deployment."
