"The company's been around for eight years, and we've been doing integration work for all that time. We've got a commitment to keep our staff right on the bleeding edge of those technologies that are there."
While Mexia has predominantly been focused on Queensland and Melbourne, the next chapter in the story of growth is set to be dominated by New South Wales, with the company in the midst of an aggressive push into the Sydney market - hence Juss's appointment in August.
"In August this year we started making inroads in Sydney," Juss added. "We've picked up one significant [client] and one less significant but we've got bids in for at least a couple more.
"The Sydney market is a big opportunity for us. The integration story has only just begun. In listened to [Microsoft CEO] Satya Nadella, it's clear that digital transformation is a key theme.
"And I feel that we're in the right spot with the services that Mexia is providing."
