IT solutions firm NEC Corporation of Malaysia (NECoMAL) has been recognised as one of the top three most preferred keyphone system providers by small and medium enterprise (SME) companies in Malaysia, according to local business media Malaysia SME.

NEC Corporation of Malaysia's managing director Andrew Lee said this was a formal recognition of partnership excellence between the SME community and multinational corporations in Malaysia.

"NECoMAL consistently strives to provide the latest enterprise telecommunication technologies and solutions for SMEs in Malaysia," said Lee.

He said NEC's keyphone system, a fully hybrid system, has advanced and unique solutions including a Voice Response System (VRS), which provides automated attendant, greetings, a voice mail solution and mobility feature.

The keyphone systems are part of NEC's range of business enterprise solutions, added Lee. "We are pleased that NEC's keyphone system has benefitted the business needs of Malaysia's SME community. NECoMAL will continue to improve and develop on its product offerings to suit the business needs of customers in Malaysia,"

Originally established as NEC Malaysia in March 1988, NEC Corporation of Malaysia is now a total solutions provider for a comprehensive range of NEC's IT, networking and telecommunications, and display technologies in Malaysia.
