iTSi leverages Avaya Engagement Solutions to improve enterprise mobility

Avaya Engagement Solutions will reduce the downtime on network of iTSi.

InfiniteCare Technology Solutions Inc. (iTSi), an ICT service provider in the Philippines, has deployed Avaya Engagement Solutions to improve mobility of its business as well as to support its expansion across its seven offices countrywide.

As part of the deployment, iTSi implemented Avaya IP Office Platform to reduce disruptions and downtime on its network. It also deployed Avaya Networking Solutions to enhance its network infrastructure.

Together with IP Office solution, the company also used Avaya one-X Mobile to increase its business mobility by providing employees with technology and productivity-boosting applications. The two solutions were designed to facilitate virtual collaboration and communications. It also comes with Avaya IP Deskphones, which makes for a cost and time efficient way of internal communications and cross-office travel.

In addition to IP Office Platform, iTSi also deployed Avaya's Ethernet Routing Switch 3500 to connect and power end-user devices throughout the office, as well as simplify the provisioning and integration of Avaya IP Deskphones. As a result, iTSi can easily and quickly respond to the growing demands of its customers.
