HP reels together a converged present and future

F.Y. Teng | June 25, 2013
One of the world's largest tech vendor appears to have fulfilled its promise made five years ago with a big, broad set of offerings to the market.

Ergonomically Designed ePrinters for Large-format printing: New web-connected printers-the HP DesignJet T920 and T1500 ePrinter series-for improved user experience, targeting architecture, engineering, construction and design professionals.

For Home, Work and Play
HP also made a splash with some fine additions to the HP consumer product family. Dubbed by HP executives as "next-generation PCs that create new connected experiences," the new consumer products include notebooks, tablets, "detachables" and All-in-One PCs. And they are: the HP SlateBook x2 and the HP Split x2 notebooks with removable screens; the HP ENVY Rove mobile All-in-One PC with 10-point touch enabled 20-inch diagonal IPS widescreen HD+ (1600 x 900) LED backlit display; and, the HP Slate, HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook and HP Slate All-in-One tablets, which offer customers the choice to run on multiple platforms.

These will be progressively rolled out in Asia in a matter of weeks.
