Grab - a ride hailing company in Southeast Asia region - has launched its new corporate solution called Grab for Work.
Grab for Work offers business leaders, line managers, human resource, and finance professionals businesses in the region to manage the transport spending of their organisation. The solution is currently used by more than 150 companies in Southeast Asia.

From rides to receipts to reimbursements, Grab for Work offers a seamless user experience and enables HR and finance departments to save time on managing day-to-day corporate transport expenses," said Anthony Tan, CEO and Co-Founder of Grab.
Rides booked with Grab can be tagged separately-- either business or personal rides-- within the Grab app. All rides would be synced to the Grab for Work web portal which allows businesses to organise and oversee employees' travel.
The portal's search function enables business users to download history of business rides. The rides booked will also be automatically consolidated in the portal complete with ride information like the employee's name, travel data and time, pickup and drop-off location, as well as the fleet type and the selected mode of payment.
The Grab for Work portal also allows the employees to download e-receipts for any of their rides.
Besides that, the solution can be used to track and manage the travel expenses by cost-centres, departments and project teams. Businesses can also keep track of specific group travel by scheduling automated weekly or monthly reports to be sent in the work mail.
Grab for Work also allows organisations to set their preferred payment options such as automatic charging to corporate credit cards, or using e-vouchers, personal credit cards or cash.
Business leaders can also set ride policies to manage their travel expenditure as well as regulate when and where employees are allowed to claim for business travel.
