The Seoul, Korea-based The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) now joins the ranks of not-for-profit organisations that have deployed the Agresso ERP platform developed by the Netherlands-based UNIT4.
A press statement by UNIT4 said GGGI will use the platform to transparently and efficiently manage donors and their donations to the not-for-profit. This ERP platform will do this by streamlining operations of GGGI's finance, procurement and human resources departments.
GGGI is an international and intergovernmental organisation that partners countries to support the new economic model of green growth, which is said to be more efficient and sustainable in the use of natural resources even as it is less carbon intensive and more resilient to climate change.
The UNIT4 press statement claimed that its ERP solutions are deployed in more than 100 of the world's largest NGOs and non-profits worldwide, among them Marie Stopes International, the Red Cross and Save the Children International.
