Content delivery service provider, CDNetworks, recently announced its expansion into Southeast Asia and the Pacific with the opening of a subsidiary in Singapore in November 2014.
"One of the most frequent and resounding requests over recent years has been for CDNetworks to launch a Southeast Asia and Pacific office. We have now established a full suite of talent and operations here and look forward to helping companies accelerate their content time to delivery," said Jerry Chung, Chief Operating Officer of Southeast and Pacific.
Besides having a broad and global customer base, CDNetworks said that it has a robust partner community that offers customers different options and flexibility for an integrated content delivery platform.
It added that it has an array of examples in helping companies expand into emerging markets - in particular, navigating the complexities of the Chinese Firewall. Leveraging on its expertise in China's network infrastructure, it serves clients who are well-known names in the Chinese market such as Tencent, Sina.com and Baidu.
