CanvasM provides certification services to chipset makers

Establishes a Device Testing Lab in New Jersey, US

CanvasM is providing certification services to chipset makers OEMs / ODMs as well as operators across the globe through its second Device Test Lab in the US.

CanvasM currently operates a state-of-the-art lab in India, which has certified more than 800 devices till date.

The New Jersey lab is fully equipped to test multimode devices across CDMA and GSM technologies. This facility strengthens CanvasM position in the global test market and enables it to serve about 90 percent of the North American operator market.

In addition, this lab provides GCF and other test services for Asia, Central and Western Europe, Africa and India. The Global Certification Forum or GCF Certification is mandatory for cellular devices that are launched in Europe.

Round the clock test services

The lab will provide round the clock test services to its clients across the globe.

CanvasM notes that this facility been certified by The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), the International Association for the Wireless Telecommunications CTIA and the CDMA Certification Forum (CCF).

CanvasM is a wholly owned VAS subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, a provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry.
