BT updates contact centre offerings

Portfolio helps organisations to reach out to customers across multiple channels

- BT Cloud Contact allows organisations to respond to customer demands from any location. BT is offering this solution on a pay-as-you-go terms to give organisations flexibility in serving their customers. 

- BT Onsite Contact is designed for mid-market organisations; and

- BT Optimise Contact is a suite of optimisation tools that is available as a cloud service from £30 (US$45) per user per month. The suite provides management with enough information to maximise efficiencies and improve customer service.

BT said that given its experience in managing billions of minutes of inbound voice calls per year, it is well aware that these solutions can help organisations improve their service to their customers regardless of contact channel.

The study by BT on web chat was conducted on six contact centres in the UK and India, with three of them managed by BT.
