Brands in Singapore need to improve their digital customer experience

Only 25 percent of consumers are satisfied with the digital offerings delivered by large and well-known brands in the republic, according to SAP's report.

To help brands do so, SAP is offering a Digital Business framework that helps digitise the entire value chain for businesses with the end-to-end customer experience in mind.

More than 500 consumers in Singapore and 3,600 consumers in Southeast Asia were polled for the SAP Digital Experience Report. Respondents were asked to rate brands on their ability to deliver on 14 key attributes of digital experience.
