Amadeus - a provider of technology solutions for the global travel industry - will integrate its hospitality service optimisation solutions with Zingle's messaging technology to provide hotels with mobile texting and messaging technology.

Under the partnership, Zingle will enable hoteliers - who implement Amadeus' service optimisation products - to message guests through any mobile channel. Hotel staff can also easily manage all interactions in an inbox shared between all departments.
In addition, Amadeus said providing guests with a platform to text staff directly without downloading a mobile app makes the interaction direct and instant.
"Once a guest becomes comfortable with texting the hotel for their needs, the engagement between our team and guests increases, resulting in a higher overall level of satisfaction with the entire resort experience. The real breakthrough here is the capability to connect with a guest on their terms," said Darren Hirsowitz, Director of Finance and Business Analytics at The Breakers - a luxury resort in Palm Beach, Florida and one of the customers of Amadeus and Zingle.
