Xchanging appoints Malaysian as Asia Pacific VP

The appointment of industry veteran Raymond Victor builds on recent regional hiring at Xchanging.

Business process, procurement and IT services firm Xchanging has announced that Malaysian Raymond Victor is the Xchanging Technology's vice president for Asia Pacific sales and will be responsible for developing regional business for the company's application services, engineering services, Internet of Things, and education platform portfolio.

This latest appointment of industry veteran Victor, who reports to Xchanging Technology global head of sales Dino Gelmetti, follows the appointment of two regional technology sales executive positions by Xchanging.

Gelmetti said, "Xchanging Technology sector has performed well in recent months, and we have set challenging growth targets for the business, with a particular focus on the Internet of Things and education platforms. Raymond's expertise in implementing successful sales programmes, managing relationships and executing business opportunities will be a strategic asset for Xchanging. I am confident that his dynamic leadership will motivate and inspire the high-performing team, and we look forward to the future development of our regional sales capabilities."

Victor has more than 20 years ICT industry experience across different sectors including education. His most recent role was at Oracle as storage sales director at Oracle was preceded by senior roles with HP, IBM, Dell APAC and Nilai Resources Group.
