Standard Aero has chosen the Honeywell Ovation Select as the cabin management system to install in a Dassault Falcon 900 system.
"The aircraft marks the 100th delivery of an Ovation Select branded system and joins a fleet of nearly 2000 business jets with Honeywell cabin management systems flying around the world today," a press statement by Honeywell Aerospace said.
It described the Ovation Select as an all digital cabin management system its operators can fully customize.
As such, it enables business jet passengers to control the cabin's environment such as its lighting and temperature. It also enables them to stream high definition video and audio, connect to in-flight Wifi and integrate into the system their consumer electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Honeywell Aerospace is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is a provider of avionics systems.
Standard Aero is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and is an independent provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for aircraft.
