Smartphone users in Singapore are now able to charge their devices with or without a cable while on the go via a single device:  Sony's new USB Portable charger, CP-W5.

The CP-W5 uses an electromagnetic field to wirelessly charge Qi-compatible devices. It has a high output of 1.0A if the device is charged wirelessly and 1.5A when used with a cable.

Aside from these options, users can simply place their Qi-compatible device on the CP-W5 while it is plugged into an AC power supply to charge both the device and CP-W5 at the same time.
