Singapore's 65Daigou addresses customers’ evolving needs

65Daigou is addressing the evolving needs of its customers by introducing a very user-friendly interface and offering dual-language options.

65Daigou is Singapore's first and largest overseas shopping platform and the shopping and shipping agent of popular Chinese store Taobao.

The company has also announced lowest shipping rates and upfront shipping fees on check-out to tap the growing global popularity of online shopping.

65Daigou notes this is far more wallet-friendly than making purchases from resellers with mark-ups.

Overseas shopping

The portal's Ezbuy function has simplified overseas shopping. Previously,customers used to pay for item costs first, while shipping and logistics vendors calculated the shipping fee when the goods were received at the warehouse.

This method, although good, could not predict the eventual cost of an online shopping spree. Also, payment had to be made twice for one single batch of purchases.

Ezbuy's cutting-edge technology has enabled customers to instantly view the weight and shipping fees of shortlisted items during checkout.

Customers can also view the differences in fees between the various delivery methods and are free from any uncertainty in costs.

Because payment is made at one time, time and hassle are also reduced for the customers.
