SAPOL invest $780k in facial recognition tech

In May, NEC was awarded a five-year national contract to deliver biometric services including facial recognition and fingerprint matching by Federal Government agency, CrimTrac. In Junethe company announced a $4.38 million investment to build a cyber security centre in Adelaide.
