It has always been one of my top priorities to create a place where people enjoy coming to work every day. It is my belief that motivated people who want to come to work are the key to solving some of the world's toughest problems. I believe our values create tremendous good will, and that translates into productivity and innovation both for our employees and our customers.

The concept of "Creating your own reality" is mentioned regularly by employees as a key benefit of our culture.
