These two new offerings empowers job seekers and recruiters to identify the best opportunities and connect on the go.

Online and career recruitment solutions provider (Singapore), introduced today a new mobile app as well as professional networking features, which aims to boost job and talent search.

The app, which is available on both iOS and Android, allows active and passive job seekers better access to the most suitable roles, and informs recruiters for stronger hiring decisions - all on mobile. Jobseekers can receive alerts with recommendations and vital information even if they are not actively searching. Through the app, users can also search for and share jobs, connect with other users and recruiters, and identify salary and hiring trends.

Complementary to its mobile app, Monster (Singapore) has also launched professional networking features for jobs on the Monster app and website, where jobseekers and recruiters can create unique profiles and connect with other professionals on Monster's network for more compatible job placements.

According to Monster, its mobile app and professional networking features are currently being rolled out across Southeast Asia in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Hong Kong, in addition to India.
