Malaysian and Southeast Asian companies have welcomed Juniper's Partner Advantage services just announced by the networking solutions provider.
Juniper Networks senior vice president, worldwide partners, Emilio Umeoka, said the Partner Advantage Programme launched in 2012 has been extended with two services to Elite partners:
- Partner Support Services (PSS) to enhance partner value to customers through a range of enablement options, tools and services, including traditional maintenance and advanced services and
- Partner Professional Services (PPS) to help Juniper deliver more value to partners' existing service practices.
Umeoka said the move was to speed up partner revenue. "Juniper Partner Advantage Services amplifies our investment in partners and services by providing unique tools and opportunities that will help drive growth, increase profitability and reward partners that deliver a truly remarkable customer experience."
The Juniper Partner Support Services specialisation - addresses a market estimated at more than $20 billion for network equipment support services - evolved from the current Juniper Networks' Operate Specialist program, he said
Meanwhile, the Juniper Partner Professional Services specialisation - addresses a market potential estimated at roughly US$15 billion for the network equipment professional services market.
"With the Juniper PSS and PPS specialisations, partner performance and loyalty is better rewarded," said CommVerge Solutions Malaysia country president C.K. Lim. "Coupled with the great support and help from the Juniper Networks partner management team, it was the best decision to be among the first Juniper partners to migrate to these specialisations."
PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia technology solutions director Nathan Johnson said, "Since migrating to the new Juniper PSS and PPS specialisations, PT Lintas closely interacts with the Juniper technical support community and has increased its exposure to Juniper best practices, trainings and tools, allowing our local team to provide seamless support and advanced services to our telecom and service provider customers in Indonesia."
