Indian hospital achieves 89 percent capture rate
Garrington said that recently, India-based Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, a 675-bed multi-specialty hospital in New Delhi, created a connected care environment within one organisation around a single electronic patient record that is now being used by both administrative and clinical staff.

"The successful design of the discharge summary module -- which takes granular ICD-10 coded data and converts it into something readable by patients -- was a very important factor in the EPR's success."
According to Dr. Singh, the return on investment (ROI) from TrakCare has come from using healthcare information to define, guide and measure enterprise process improvements.
