Malaysian companies must work more closely with CyberSecurity Malaysia, Cisco urges

Cisco's Annual Security report also points to a widening gulf between perception and reality of cybersecurity readiness.

During 2014, the report found that attackers started to shift from compromising servers and operating systems to seeking to exploit users at the browser and email level.

In addition, the report showed that attacks in Asia-Pacific, China, Japan, and India (APJC) most often use scams, malicious scripts, and web-based exploits to compromise users in all verticals.

The Cisco 2015 Annual Security Report includes the latest threat intelligence gathered by Cisco security experts, providing industry insights, trends and key findings revealing cybersecurity trends for 2015.
