Interview: Being ready for festive online retail booms

In an email interview, William Chaylis, Regional Sales Manager of Southeast Asia, Manhattan Associates, shares his thoughts on what retailers in Asia should be doing to boost sales during festive periods, capture more markets, and improve on efficiencies in order to remain competitive.

There are many elements that go into making festive shopping a success. Retailers should focus on their fulfilment strategies and their ability to deliver throughout a dynamic festive shopping period. Customer needs have undoubtedly grown/changed in recent years, but with a little planning and additional flexibility retailers can still deliver and prosper in today's omni-channel holiday world.
