Integrated Research's Mona Lolas
Management software provider, Integrated Research (IR), has taken the wrappers off its new partner program that will recognise and support partner growth, revenue and profitability.
The new program stems from extensive research and a review of its partner community, IR global partner program manager, Mona Lolas, said.
"We look to feedback from our channel partners to always improve the way we do business," Lolas said. "We will continue to work with our partners to implement best practices and evolve our strategies and teams to enable mutual long-term success."
The program is made up of three tiers - Authorised, Gold and Platinum with benefits at each level, and the enhancements will be rolled out in a phased approach during the next six months.
At the Gold level, partners will need to reach skills, competencies and revenue growth targets, and get access to benefits and a channel manager. Platinum partners get all this, plus high value points and a dedicated partner account manager.
It will also provide support and resources to service providers, distribution partners, and alliance partners such as Avaya.
"It is important for us to formally recognize our channel partners through an official IR Partner Program," IR CEO, Darc Rasmussen, said. "This new program was created to provide our partners with the flexibility to align with customer requirements, buying preferences, routes to market and business models, enabling them to grow their business with IR."
