Hong Kong Airlines leverages AsiaPay and FEXCO solution to better serve its customers

The solution enables the airline to deliver a customised and transparent shopping experience to their customers.

Hong Kong Airlines recently announced that it has decided to implement FEXCO's solution to better serve its customers.

Developed by both AsiaPay and FEXCO, the Currency Risk Management Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP) solution will be integrated into Hong Kong Airline's core operating system and website. This will enable the airline to offer fares and ancillary products in the customer's preferred currency, thus providing clarity on the prices.

"This partnership delivers a tailored and transparent payment solution to our customers, allowing them to better determine value on their purchase, in a currency they're familiar with -- ultimately saving them valuable time," said Li Dianchun, Commercial Director of Hong Kong Airlines.

"Besides delivering a customised experience for the passengers, this solution creates a risk-free opportunity to generate increased revenue for the airline," added Denis Cleary, Managing Director of FEXCO Dynamic Currency Conversion.
