These are: How to build the right organizational structure; how to ensure that we are able to raise our productivity benchmarks; how do we attract a diverse and productive talent pool; how do we strengthen our work culture as we expand, move to new locations, and hire new employees, and how to ensure that as our business grows, we provide our employees and customers high-quality HR services.
