Malaysian ICT distributor Springlab Distribution (Springlab) has signed on as an Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Value Added Distributor to offer unified communication, network management, deployment automation and unified access to optimise business performance for the enterprise market.
The partnership brings together value added solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise portfolio to deliver three main solutions to the local market: converged SMB, campus networking, and consumption-based pricing model.
The sectors targeted include the hospitality, healthcare, financial, manufacturing and retail markets, said Desmond Low, director of Springlab.
"With our newly combined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise product and services, we are able to provide business users with greater self-service capabilities, and also ensure that non-technical stakeholders benefit from enterprise information. We believe these unique solutions offer customers the best of both worlds," said Low.
He said the three main solutions will allow Springlab to offer a comprehensive Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise portfolio covering wireless, Small and Medium Businesses & Enterprise Voice Solutions, Network Intelligent Fabric and the full range of networking & communication solutions along with Network Management Tools. Low added that the company hoped to provider CAPEX to OPEX (consumption & utility based model) offers.
