Lenovo Technology (Malaysia)
Trend Micro Malaysia
These are the winners of Computerworld Malaysia's ninth annual Customer Care Awards (CCA), which salutes the nation's best providers of pre- and post-implementation consulting, support and maintenance work in the area of information and communication technology (ICT) as chosen by their customers.
In the first quarter of 2015, as in the previous eight years, more than 3,000 of Malaysia's most progressive information executives were invited to participate in the exercise of rating, on the scale of 0 to 10, the performance of their ICT solution providers and partners in delivery of services at every stage of a given technology deployment-running from early stage consulting through complete implementation, user testing, and continual maintenance, support and process enhancement.
Their responses were gathered, analysed and audited by regional market analyst house Executive Networks Research -which is the research arm of Executive Networks Media, the publisher of Computerworld Malaysia-for the highest accuracy of results possible. The ICT vendors with the highest scores across all evaluation areas in their respective categories won and entered the annals of Computerworld Malaysia's CCA history.
This year, 18 companies took up a total of 19 awards, with star performer IBM Malaysia taking home two awards. Below is the honour roll of the Computerworld Malaysia Customer Care Awards 2015 categories and winners. (Full coverage including award winners photos will be published in the Awards special print edition - Issue 2 2015 - of Computerworld Malaysia and sent to qualifying subscribers.)
Mark Hobson, CEO of Executive Networks Media and Publisher of Computerworld Malaysia, said: "Engaging and deepening customer engagement is increasingly important in a competitive landscape, especially given the ephemeral nature of customer care perceptions. Winning these awards is no easy challenge in the current era of rapid technological changes such as mobility, analytics and cloud, which are now impacting different industries."
"Similar to the Singapore edition of the Computerworld Customer Care awards, Malaysia also saw a big jump in the number and depth of feedback from readers this year. All the CCA award winners today have exceeded the exacting set of demands from their customers and fully deserve these accolades," he said.
