HKCOLO.NET's Telehouse Hong Kong CCC has received Rated 4/Tier IV data centre certification from TIA-942, an organisation for quality standards for data centres.

The Telehouse Hong Kong CCC is located at Cloud Computing Complex, 2 Chun Yat Street, TKOIE in Hong Kong.

The Rated 4/Tier IV Certification assures that the facility is fault tolerant which means it has redundant capacity components and multiple independent distribution paths to serve the computer equipment which all are active. It also has protection against almost all physical events.

"We are extremely pleased to have achieved the Rated 4 / Tier IV Data Centre Certification. As part of this achievement I would like to commend our wonderful team who are constantly striving to scale new heights and attain new levels of service excellence. They have been diligently serving our customers," said Andrew Pang, Managing Director at HKCOLO, in a press release.

"Through their hard work, Hong Kong has proven to be the world-leading hub for advanced data centre service excellence. Hong Kong will serve as the gateway for overseas enterprises into China and also as the springboard for Chinese enterprises overseas. We will not be complacent in what we have achieved today. Through continual advancement and vision to the future, we strongly believe the Pearl of the East will shine forever brightly with confidence," Pang continued.
