Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific (Malaysia Operations) has introduced its latest document management solutions and a new range of multifunction printers (MFPs), largely based on a mobile technology and cloud solutions platform to deliver improved convenience and productivity for businesses in an era of mobility and flexible working styles, said the document solutions firm.
Yoshio Hanada, president of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific (Malaysia Operations), who helped introduce more than 30 devices and 30 software solutions recently at DocuWorld 2015, said the new portfolio was engineered using the company's "long term belief of researching and developing solutions hand-in-hand with their clients to craft tailored solutions that fit perfectly with their existing business."
"With more than 50 years of experience in leading the field of document management solutions, Fuji Xerox aims to constantly create new and greater value propositions for our customers through our focused solutions that are a product of our customer centric research and development process," Hanada said.
"As organisations continue to adapt their business processes and systems towards digital-first and mobile solutions, we strive to assist our valued customers and business partners in embracing those changes by bringing the latest range of multifunction printers that are able to take advantage of mobile technologies, as well as cloud-on-demand solution for a more flexible and efficient work environment," he said.
Fuji Xerox unveiled 36 new models of full colour and monochrome ApeosPort-V & DocuCentre-V series with copy/print speed ranging from 20 to 75 page per minute (ppm).

He said Fuji Xerox recognised the increasing adoption of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, which were revolutionising the way businesses are conducted.
In addition, corporate organisations and businesses were continuing to demand the most cost-efficient use of resources, said Hanada.
For example, cloud technology has allowed users to simply upload print jobs to a cloud server and then print on the latest ApeosPort-V / DocuCentre-V that are connected to the Internet, thereby boosting work efficiency, he added.
