Netdocuments has announced two new regional datacentres colocated with NextDC.
The deal already sees the software company picking up a top 10 law firm, which it would not name.
NetDocuments delivers Cloud based document and email management software, across the US, UK and now, Australia.
NextDC CEO, Craig Scroggie, said that NetDocuments broadens its legal and financial services vertical offerings.
"NetDocuments and NextDC are deeply committed to reliability, security and privacy, a fact reflected in the companies' ISO27001 Information Security Management System certification," he said.
"Today's announcement with NetDocuments illustrates the importance to the domestic market of national, neutral data centres operators like NextDC that offer an industry-leading service to the world's leading IT companies and encourages their investment in Australia."
Alvin Tedjamulia, NetDocuments CTO, says the APAC focus give NetDocuments greater access to Asia, and localised Cloud and ISPs.
