Majority of APAC enterprises view cloud computing as top priority

A study by F5 and Frost & Sullivan reveals evolution in cloud decision-making and implementation, defined by A-B-C-D framework.

"The findings of the study dovetail well with our understanding of the tools and services organisations need to leverage cloud computing successfully, from both the cost savings and business transformation perspectives. F5 developed F5 BIG-IQ Cloud specifically to help businesses seamlessly configure and automate application delivery services in cloud and hybrid infrastructures without sacrificing consistency and agility," said Mohan Veloo, Senior Director, Field Systems Engineering, F5.

BIG-IQ Cloud allows workloads to be scaled automatically between and within clouds, and in hybrid environments in a consistent, fast, and repeatable manner. Through a central point of control, BIG-IQ Cloud ensures a single, consistent view of services, providing complete operational oversight without sacrificing agility. It also offers the ability to automate application deployment provisioning from end to end, improving productivity, reducing errors, and speeding deployment of applications, according to the company.
