IT services provider Fujitsu Malaysia has included a solution from Nimsoft (an independent division of CA Technologies) to its IT management as a service (ITMaaS) offerings in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand.
Fujitsu Malaysia president Charles Lew said this was part of a global partnership where Fujitsu has incorporated innovative Nimsoft monitoring and service desk solutions on its Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform (FGCP), and to complement Fujitsu's range of software as a service (SaaS) applications.
Lew said that Fujitsu customers would be able to access functionally rich, easy-to-implement ITMaaS capabilities that could be universally applied to their private, public and hybrid cloud environments, as well as to their conventional IT infrastructure.
