Cloud-based Unified Communications service provider, Dubber, (ASX: DUB) has launched its service in North America at the Broadsoft Connections 2015 conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
BluIP is the company’s first telco customer in the country. Dubber said it will provide call recording to its 2,000 current recording subscribers, as well as offering recording as an option for another 30,000 users ‘on-demand’ with a 12 month initial term.
Dubber managing director, Steve McGovern, said the company’s aim was to become the global backbone of communication recording for all telcos.
“We also foresee the Platform becoming the ‘go to’ location for developers to integrate their applications,” he added.
“The platform can power value added service providers and competitors, who can look to replace their existing legacy solution with Dubber as the core recording platform on which to overlay their proprietary functionality.
“The monthly unlimited ‘Business’ subscription remains the template for standard recording users, we can also tailor our pricing to specific end user requirements, ensuring that we fast track acquisition rates of new customers whilst maximising our own margins.”
BluIP Chief Executive Officer, Armen Martirosyan, said the business was teaming up with Dubber due to the ubiquitous call recording the solution provides.
