Singapore-based Dropmysite, a cloud-based backup solutions provider for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), has rebranded to Dropsuite.
The newly rebranded company now offers consolidated three standalone brands which include Dropmysite (website and database backup), Dropmyemail (email backup), and Dropmymobile (mobile data backup).
The company has also launched a new solution, called DSE Server Backup, which is a business continuity tool that provides file-based server backup to the businesses.
The rebranding has also set a new global vision, business strategy and ambition for the company to reach out to more SME customers.
Recently, Dropsuite inked a partnership with Blacknight Internet Solutions and OzHosting. The two companies join Dropsuite's other partners including GoDaddy, GMO Internet, HostPapa, and Singtel.
According to Dropsuite CEO Charif Elansari: "Downtime and data loss is a massive issue, with a wide range of consequences, yet the backup experience for SMEs is often difficult and expensive. We see a tremendous global opportunity in helping small and medium businesses. They are underserved by IT security programs and system architectures. We help SMEs recover and get back to business as quickly as possible, ensuring they are not out of business; it's simply better backup."
