Roman Loyola | Aug. 30, 2016
Sierra dev beta 8 and Public Beta 7 are now available.

Following on the heels of the news of the September 7 Apple event, the company on Monday released a new macOS Sierra beta for developers and the participants of the Apple Public Beta Program.

After performing a data backup, dev beta 8/Public Beta 7 is available in the Mac App Store, under Updates. The update is 2.14GB.

Last Friday, Apple released a new beta of iOS 10, as well as a beta update for tvOS 10. Users of iOS 9 should make sure they update to version 9.3.5, since it contains an important security patch.
