Partnership to drive better subscriber experience through a DNS platform robust and responsive enough to handle growing subscriber demands and traffic

Singapore-based broadband services provider MyRepublic has selected DNS-powered N2 Platform of Nominum to deliver the superior experience expected by their subscribers.

By utilizing Nominum's market-leading products, MyRepublic said it is fulfilling their customer promises in the following two ways:

  • Building a state-of-the-art network that will meet their subscribers' demand for the fastest and most reliable Internet service in the market
  • Deploying innovative communication solutions to ensure an interactive dialogue with every, individual customer, keeping them better informed and able to choose the services that best meet their needs

"With the flexibility of Nominum's Vantio platform, we can more rapidly launch new services and deliver our subscribers a much faster and seamless Internet browsing experience," said MyRepublic CEO Malcolm Rodrigues.

Nominum's Vantio DNS provides the performance, stability, and security while N2 Reach allows subscribers to better choose the Internet experiences that best meet their unique needs.

"We are adding subscribers at such a rate that we needed a new paradigm to communicate more efficiently and cost effectively with them," said Cedric Gouliardon, MyRepublic CTO. "Nominum's N2 Reach will allow us to do that and will also allow us to inform our customers about our new services faster. N2 Reach gives us 100 percent reach, 100 percent of the time."

"Nominum is pleased to partner with MyRepublic and support the company's growth plans in Singapore and beyond," said Jari Heinonen, Nominum VP of Sales for Asia. "We understood immediately that a disruptive, innovative service provider like MyRepublic would benefit from Nominum's N2 Platform. The synergies between Nominum's vision and MyRepublic's strategic direction were completely aligned."
