eBay has recently revamped its Singapore website to allow its customers to enjoy a better online shopping experience.
A new feature called Feed enables customers to personalise their own shopping experience and discover items. It does so by matching a customer's interest with eBay's inventory of local listings and over 40 million new global listings.
The new website also sports a more convenient way for customers to browse, decide and buy. Its navigation and headers have been streamlined and it has "view item" pages that offer larger photos and key product information. Customers can also link their eBay and PayPal accounts for easier checkout.
Customers can also access eBay Singapore via its mobile app that can run on Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices.
"In the next few years, the $10 trillion global retail market will be transformed in terms of speed, access and overall experience. eBay is at forefront of this change, with tremendous growth taking place in Southeast Asia," said Jason Lee, regional director, Southeast Asia and Middle East, eBay.
According to the company, the top three most popular shopping categories in Singapore are clothing and accessories, mobile phones and accessories, and toys.
