Supply chain management solutions company Y3 Technologies has acquired Singapore-based Ascentis - a customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce, and business intelligence (BI) solutions provider.
The acquisition is in line with Y3 Technologies' transformation and rebranding efforts.

"Together, we will deliver innovative technology solutions that can make a positive impact on the way people think, live and work."
Following the acquisition, Ascentis will become a subsidiary company of Y3 Technologies and offer both solutions and manage services on CRM, loyalty, and e-commerce. Ascentis develops and builds its own CRM and e-commerce platforms and integrate them with point-of-sale (POS) solutions. Some of its clients include CK Tangs, Muji SPC, Crystal Jade, and Changi Airport Group.
Meanwhile, Y3 Technologies will leverage the core products of Ascentis to develop an integrated e-commerce supply chain management solution for businesses.
