Veeam Software has ended its Q1 2014 with its 100,000th customer win since its 2006 founding in Baar, Switzerland.
This was according to a press statement by the Baar, Switzerland-based vendor of data centre solutions which attributed the win to its having acquired 9400 new customers during the first quarter of this year.
It said that on average, Veeam acquires 3000 new customers each month.
New License Bookings
Due to the new acquisitions, the vendor firm chalked up this Q1 2014, a 489% year-over-year growth in new license bookings.
Lookwise, its Q1 2014 growth revenues from total bookings was 56% for the same period.
This marked Veeam's 25th consecutive quarter in which quarterly revenues from bookings had grown by more than 50% over the same period the previous year.
