TmaxSoft acquired 400 new customers globally in 2014, according to a press statement by the Bundang, South Korea-based vendor of middleware, database and framework solutions for the enterprise.
The press statement announced TmaxSoft's achievements in the past year, saying these enabled their vendor firm to make continued headway towards its strategic goal of eventually becoming a US$1 billion company and make Korea a global power in software.
Last year, the company had successfully penetrated the Southeast Asian market, scoring a number of key wins and forging partnerships with major vendors.
Among the wins were a telco and a government agency in Malaysia and a leading logistic company in Singapore even as it had fostered regional partnerships with IT giants such as Hewlett Packard and IBM.
TimaxSoft now has an office in Malaysia and is reviewing opportunities to set up offices in Thailand, Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam in 2015.
