UAE-based Next IT and Systems announced on March 25 that it has deployed TrustSphere's advanced Relationship Analytics platform to help its customers across the Middle East improve organisational governance and workforce productivity.
According to a joint media statement, the two companies said that this partnership will help Next IT customers gain deeper insights on their internal and external relationships, which are critical to an organisation's operations. By understanding communication flows - without accessing the actual content - real-time insights are delivered to management, enabling immediate action to be taken.
TrustSphere's platform not only mines the communications envelope, but it also enables the mapping of relationships within the organisation to visually represent which staff are dealing with customers and external partners. These tools allow the senior management to make critical decisions with objective data, as well as engage with key customers and vendors more authoritatively.
The platform plugs a major blind-spot for organisations, and can provide authenticated data to inform different business processes including employee handovers, exit interviews and fraud investigations.
