He added that there are three things that can be done to prepare ourselves for the unknown/changing demands of the work in future. Firstly, organisations need to provide an environment of trust, where employees do not feel threatened to solicit help when they face challenges in their work.
Secondly, we need to have a growth mindset. "Don't go into a scenario where you think you know it all. Even if you know the answer, you should be open to the possibility of a different way," he advised.
Finally, we need to have a genuine passion for life-long learning. "As the rate of technology change continues to accelerate, the ability to grasp it will require a passion of life-long learning," he concluded.
