Salesforce - a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions - has appointed Cecily Ng as its new Area Vice President for Enterprise Sales in Asia.
Ng will be responsible for growing Salesforce's Enterprice Business across the region, and report to Mark Innes, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales in Asia Pacific. She will focus on enabling large businesses in Asia to innovate, become more agile, and to connect with their customers in all new ways.
Ng has been with Salesforce for more than five years, managing various portfolios contributing to Salesforce's growth in the region. She is also passionate about promoting equality in the workplace, with a specific focus on gender diversity and driving stronger balance across Salesforce and the technology industry in Asia.
"Cecily has been an exceptional leader and instrumental towards the growth of our business in Asia. She has led her team towards expanding our customer base and enabling customer success in the region. Her promotion to Area Vice President is well-deserved. We are confident that Cecily will continue to drive the business in this dynamic region, and continue to deliver success for our customers in Asia," said Innes.
Before joining Salesforce, Ng held roles at Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and IBM.
