Retarus improves customer experience for Zyllem

Retarus is enhancing the overall customer experience for Singapore-based logistics innovator Zyllem.

Retarus has delivered its SMS for Applications to this end helping Zyllem manage its SMS communication processes in an effective manner.

Outsourcing its SMS communication processes to Retarus has enabled Zyllem to provide unlimited scalability and transmission capacity. Eventually, this has allowed the company to efficiently manage the large volume of SMSes it sends to customers and delivery partners every month.

Retarus' SMS services have made the delivery process more convenient and transparent for Zyllem's stakeholders.

Operations have become smoother for all delivery partners, businesses such as e-commerce and online retail shops as well as individual customers.

These services are used both during the registration process to authenticate the customers' account mobile numbers, and to update recipients on specific parcel delivery information such as estimated time of arrival.

Adoption of Retarus SMS for Applications has also made communications for Zyllem more efficient with important SMS messages being sent and delivered in seconds.
