Ramco Systems has delivered its Web-based Series 5 M&E and MRO solution to Hevilift Group, an aviation charter service company in the Asia Pacific region.
This new order win from Hevilift Group reaffirms Ramco's market position in the rotor wing segment.
Ramco is a global Aviation Software provider on Cloud, Mobile and Tablets. Its aviation MRO software solution for Hevilift Group includes Maintenance & Engineering (M&E), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Reliability, Aviation Finance, and Work Force Administration.
The company will also provide integrated Multi-Country Payroll across several countries and legal entities of the Group that has a diverse fleet of over 50 aircraft. The Group wanted to consolidate its operations, which are spread across multiple geographies and Ramco has helped it achieve this goal.
"Ramco's solution was a good fit, both in terms of functionality and usability. Also, the rich experience of the team in serving multiple specialty operators in the rotor wing segment was a great plus," said Colin Seymour of Hevilift Group. "By moving to an integrated software platform, we look forward to improving the efficiency and productivity of our operations."
Real-time availability of data
Ramco has harnessed satellite connectivity to ensure availability of data at a central corporate location almost in real-time for Hevilift Group.
This is important for the Group as Hevilift's aircraft covers operations both onshore and offshore and are spread across countries with low Internet penetration. Ramco is confident of serving this client well as Ramco's software has been maintaining more than 1000 helicopters, globally.
Ramco claims its aviation software is known for its functionality and is especially appreciated for its latest features of Mobility and Gen-Y user interface.
"We have been growing rapidly in the Aviation business, and Hevilift is a great addition to our growing aviation customer base. Ramco's software runs in a large number of big helicopter operators, globally," said Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems. "We are looking forward to a great start with Hevilift as it also opens up entry into hitherto new markets such as Myanmar, and PNG."
