Ramco's ERP on Cloud with HR and Talent Management solution has been chosen to connect 56 Podar International Schools across India.
This comprehensive and integrated solution is connecting this network of schools and will be used to standardise business operations as well as help them control their operations in a better manner.
Ramco Systems, an enterprise software product company, has also been contracted to address all business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR and Payroll.
The Podar Group of Schools is an 86-year-old Education Network. It decided to deploy Ramco's solutions after evaluating multiple players in the market.
"Ramco ERP on Cloud was a perfect fit as it blended functionality with the benefits and efficiency of cloud," said Gaurav Podar, managing director, Podar Education Network. "This, coupled with Ramco's ability to offer mobility and its user-friendly interface, sealed the deal in Ramco's favour. We are looking forward to a quick go-live to reap the benefits of an integrated solution."
Growing network of institutions
Podar has selected Ramco's solution for its growing network of educational institutions across India.
The group began at a small scale but now has seven schools in West Mumbai and 56 Podar International Schools across the country. It is experiencing continuous growth and this has given rise to the need for a solution that can help them manage all the educational institutes centrally from its head office at Mumbai.
A robust and functionally rich ERP solution from Ramco is providing a strong technology backbone to the group's growth plans.
"Podar has been at the forefront of adopting latest technology and is also a recipient for "best ICT enabled school" in all of India. This win further reinforces the strength of the solution to cater to the Education vertical which is a flourishing sector, globally," said Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems. "We look forward to a successful go-live which can seamlessly integrate multiple schools across locations and provide data on a real-time basis."
